We'd like to thank you once again for your purchase and hope that you're excited about your new gear from American EDC! We understand some items don't always work out and we'll be happy to help with your return.

Please use the Contact Us Form to start a Return Authorization (RA) or send an email to
{questions at american-edc.com} with your contact information, order number and reason for the return.

AMERICAN EDC RETURN POLICY:

We offer returns within 15 days of the delivery date for orders placed on American-EDC.com. Returns must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags / labels attached. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment and are typically processed within 5-7 business days after your return is received.

• 15% restocking fee applies unless otherwise noted
• Some items might NOT be returnable.
  *If an item is a "final sale", this will be indicated on the product page.

We'll provide an RA # (Return Authorization) along with clear instructions on where to ship your product(s) back. Some items might have different return addresses so please do NOT send to our mailing address without receiving instructions. We recommend you ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and keep your tracking # as reference until your return is completed.
